🌲 Catamaran Park Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and follow the park rules below.
🚨 Safety & Respect
This is a family-friendly park. Safety and respect come first.
- Respect your neighbors. Keep music and voices at a reasonable level.
- No parties. Plan on having good, clean fun while maintaining a peaceful environment.
- Children must not ride in the back of trucks or on Sea-Doo/boats while traveling on trailers to the launch area.
- Speed limit is 15 km/hr throughout the park — please watch for pedestrians.
- All vehicles, including bikes and scooters, must obey speed limits and drive safely.
- You must be at least 16 years old to operate a golf cart in the park.
🔥 Fire & Environmental Rules
Help protect the park and surrounding nature:
- Do NOT peel birch bark or cut trees. This will kill the trees.
- Firewood and bark are available at the General Store (Front Office)
- Check fire signs before lighting a fire — fires follow the Provincial Fire Index
- Do NOT burn plastic or styrofoam — this is a health hazard
- Grey water must not flow into the ground — this is illegal under Environmental Law
🔐 Security & Access
For the safety of all campers:
- Do NOT share your key card at any time
- You are responsible for all guests entering under your key card
- Visitors must be approved by the office first — even seasonal visitors
- Key cards are mandatory — refusal means no site access
- Enter through the main gate only — do not use overflow or emergency exits
🐾 Pets & Animals
- Pets must be on a leash at all times
- Clean up after your pets both on and off your site
- A Dog Park is available near the boat launch area
🍻 Alcohol & Conduct
- Alcohol must remain on your site
- Do not walk or drive around the park with alcoholic beverages
- Dispose of bottles properly — do not litter
🚤 Boats & Water Access
- Do NOT leave boats unattended and tied at the launch
- Shower before entering the indoor pool
- Indoor pool is for registered campers only
- Day visitors may swim in the designated lake swimming area
🚫 Vehicle & Equipment Restrictions
- Dirt bikes and ATVs are not permitted within the park
- Riding is allowed only to and from the park
- Vehicle washing is not permitted using park water
(Water levels may be limited during summer months)
🛠️ Park Property
- Respect park property at all times
- Anyone causing damage may be asked to leave immediately
