All sites booked online are prepaid, and therefore are not available for other patrons to use while it is in your name.

To cancel your site please call the font desk, and they will cancel your booking.

To know how much of a refund you are entitled to please review the documents below. Please note that you should have received an email with these documents along with your reservation confirmation.
